It then took him nearly a dozen times to accurately repeat my order back to me over the phone. "Pick one." I chose another pizza so that I could still have dinner with my family. I asked why I could not have both, as simply replacing the pizza would not compensate for my having to wait an extra half-hour, not being able to eat at the same time as my family, or the incredible negligence of the store after my numerous alerts regarding my allergy. He says I can pick between receiving a gift card for next time or having them remake the pizza. I tell him there is cheese covering my pizza as a major ingredient. Matt tells me not to worry, they use a different pizza cutter for pizzas without cheese. They connected me with the manager on duty (Matt). I got BACK on the phone to let them know the situation. I even CALLED the store and spoke to Andrew to make sure that Cody (the one making the pizza) knew, without a doubt, that I have a dairy allergy and to please make sure my pizza does not have any cheese or sauce. I also wrote a note in the delivery instructions that I have a dairy allergy.
Ordering online, I made doubly sure to un-check both the cheese and the sauce selections.

Ordering process is always easy however I usually have no problems but the driver was quite rude to be honest and they forgot the ranch that I paid for Always exactly what I order and great food with awesome ppl!
I ordered for delivery and Russell was quick and super polite!! Really terrific service and product! On the rare occasions when I've encountered problems they have been remedied as soon as brought to the attention of an employee. Haley is the best delivery driver I have ever interacted with. When I complained they said the bacteria coks off in the oven. The second time I noticed no one wore hair nets or gloves. Went ahead and tried them again after that even though I didn't want to. Cold soggy pizza was delivered to my house.
